ABOUT US

Oak Lawn Ski & Scuba Club is a non-profit social club organizing outdoor recreational trips for the gay and lesbian community focusing on Snow Skiing and Scuba Diving. We are a volunteer organization started in the late 80s and merged with the Stonewall Dive Club in 1999.

OLSSC plans about 4-6 ski and scuba trips each year. Trips are organized by volunteers who receive no compensation for their efforts other than a pat on the back and a warm "Thank You". The club also hosts 3-4 socials per year at no cost to members.

The club has an executive board governed by By-Laws which monitors all spending and activities and ensures that the club operates honestly and openly at all times.
